Overall great location, close to Sandton City for shopping. Price good compared to other hotels in area. Also good security system - felt safe. But the best thing about this hotel is because of the team that is very helpful and proactive. My wife and I just got married and when we returned from a walk, the manager Bettina had left the room filled with rose petals, chocolates and bath items. We love it!

  I really enjoyed the comfort and privacy and personal space. It was a comforting environment with friendly accommodating staff who made you feel welcome at all times. Always there to provide service in any ways.   Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the complimentary small bottle of wine each evening. Excellent laundry service if needed, and this came back ironed and folded perfectly.
