  The manager who went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable by providing an extra room. The hotel is full of character and beautiful - rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you could need including bottled water. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. A very pleasant place to stay, only a quick taxi ride (or reasonable walking distance if so desired) of the V&A waterfront. There are also a number of restaurants/bars closer to the guest house if you didn't want to go further afield every night. I would happily visit again.

  The location was amazing, only a minutes walk to everything. The staff are extremely helpful and there are really nice restaurants and bars nearby and it is very safe in that location.   The staff who were amazingly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay in CapeTown was most enjoyable. We can't thank them enough.   One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor. Certainly we will come again, if we go to Cape Town. Special word has to be siad about a host. Very nice woman and very helpfull.   The location cannot be beaten, just a few meters away from the ocean in a very safe area. And yet, it's easy to walk into town through Green Point Park. The staff are excellent. A broken TV was replaced within 15 minutes. The room is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working throughout the premises. Very helpful and attended to my requests immediately. Yes there is contruction next door but it really didnt hassle me.   Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine. Confortable bed and clean room. Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.
