  it's at the city centre. a block away from the metro station and other historical tourist attractions. it's a few minutes walk from the waterfront too. the breakfast buffet is also fulfilling. i wonder if they change the menu, however, 2 days worth of buffet was fine with me. the room was also very spacious and offers a good view of table mountain... o que as pessoas dizem » and the other buildings. i fell in love with capetown and wanna live there for a month or so. i'd definitely go back and recommend this hotel. - Maybe I was lucky but my room was very large, at 9th floor with a nice view of the city center. Also the bathroom was big and clean. Well located in the center in st georges mall street near shops and not so far from green market square. Good breakfast served in a separate cafè close to the hotel. Good free wi-fi signal. The reception/congierge is very efficient and gave me information on tour and restaurant were to go.

  We liked everything. The hotel deserves 4 stars, sadly, however, i'msure it counts against them that parking is a problem, and they don'thave a kitchen that provides room service. - the hotel was situated very central. Staff are very friendly.

  Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine. Confortable bed and clean room. Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

  The location cannot be beaten, just a few meters away from the ocean in a very safe area. And yet, it's easy to walk into town through Green Point Park. The staff are excellent. A broken TV was replaced within 15 minutes. The room is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working throughout the premises. Very helpful and attended to my requests immediately. Yes there is contruction next door but it really didnt hassle me. I will DEFINATELY use this hotel for my future business trips to Cape Town and will be recommending to others. Look forward to returning.
