  This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The road was bellow our room but we did not hear any noise at all. A lovely big bath was a treat. We would like to have stayed longer. - The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is almost a B&B but with private facilities, easy to walk to most in town attractions, excellent breakfast very good and convenient before the start to the day, good connection to WIFI. They also have a good network of local experts if you are looking for a guide (ask for Domingo)

  We liked the friendliness of the staff. We stayed the first two days and the last two days of our trip to South Africa and we were upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated...we had stayed in the hotel five years ago and it was exactly as I remembered it and we will definitely be staying there on our return visit////breakfasts were also ... o que as pessoas dizem » super...it should be noted that we travelled with another couple ...mc gettigans...and this review is for all of us - The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, always smiling, and solicitous without being in your face.
