The situation of the hotel close to Chinatown and the old Chinese street is excellent, easy to reach all central points of Singapore. The hotel is charming. - was upgraded for free to a much biger room.Discos in st.were bit noisy at night but did not keep me awake.

I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are attentive, warm, helpful and friendly. I left my passport and some other things in the safe when I checked out and they emailed me the moment they realised that. I returned to the hotel to collect my things close to 11pm and was attended to immediately. Great service!
Expressemente on the lobby level is opened 24/7 so I can grab a coffee anytime of the day.
Great choice of restaurants near the hotel.

An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

Singapore is very expensive, but Fraser Place is good value - we would definitely stay there again. -
My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

Location was very nice, near Clark Quay, there's a shopping store just next to the hotel, taxi stand right next door. The pool was a surprise, didn't expect to have that nice pool for the price. While we were staying there, it happened that it was my birthday. To my
surprise, the management sent a birthday cake to my room! Completely
unexpected, and a really elegant touch. And just in case you were
wondering, this was no cheap little thing, it was an 8 person
fruit/sponge that was actually very delicious, and it took my
partner and I 3 nights to polish it off!

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. As grandparents holidaying with our 10 and 8 year olds, Fraser Suites was perfect for us. When attempting to book for four at other hotels we couldn't be promised interconnecting rooms or 'room' for us all to relax. Fraser Suites was an amazing surprise. This is the 2nd time, and their service staff has to be the best around. Polite and smiling always. Dont rule out a 3rd time if I can find a good price again. - Staff were very attentive. All services provided quickly and professionally
