  We loved this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the MRT, bus routes and Clarke Quay. Although the room was small, it was clean. Complimentary bottled water and sodas were provided. The wifi worked like a dream and was fast. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was lovely. I was asking for an adress, a young Singaporian Lady at the front desk googled the adress and handed me a printed map of how to get there from the hotel! I will never forget this act of kindness!

  Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.

For example; I didn't need to call the reception to get a dental kit, it had already been provided for me in my room. Our flight was late at night and we could store our luggage and they even offered us to take a shower before we left for the airport! This is a great service that I have not yet experienced.
