Hotel is in a walking distance to Haram mosque. The room is suitable for
family and has quit air conditioning. The breakfast arrangement was a
bit strange, they have separate section for people from iran and another
section for malasia, we were sent to a seprate area for arab.I Think
this because there is different buffet for different taste. They

In spite of 4 hour gap between checking in and out the staff tried their
best to extend my check out time without any charge. The rooms where
very spacious, clean and well furnished. The reception staff where very
polite and friendly. The hotel is well situated and reasonably located
from the holy Prophets mosque.

to leave our baby during his sleep in it and go quickly to Haram the

The clean environment and warm hospitality as well as the excellent
location. Food is also tasty and delicious. The view on the Haram is
amazing and relaxing. Overall it was great to stay in this hotel and I

Location of the Hotel is very close to the Haram. The Hotel is clean and
calm; you think you are alone but the hotel is fully booked. The waiting
time for the elevator is less than 15 seconds and it is not crouded. The
check in was very fast. Less than five minutes. The staff is very
helpful and smiling. The hotel has an excellent breakfast open buffet,
rarely seen before in the saudi kingdom's hotels

asked for or expected more. We arrived from Dubai by car - and the car
was immediately whisked away to the well maintained parking easily
accessible from the room. Since we were usually sleeping post breakfast,

Excellent 5 stars hotel , I loved the Traditional Arabic style of this
hotel .In addition, I loved the stylish brass works with Quranic quotes
in the lobby and inside the room , You may face plenty of brilliant
Arabic calligraphy works where ever you look. Front desk personell were
professional , charming ,and willing to help. The hotel provide a water
heater and stuff to make tea and coffee inside the room for free .

Staff was very helpful, when I reached the room was not
ready/available because it was very busy, so the duty manager
instead of double bed, he gave me a 4 bed large room in the same price,
which was excellent and I really appreciated it, because I had family
and young kids so quick check in was brilliant, although the check in
starts at 1400 hrs I was checked in at 10:00.

They made me stay at Mawaddah-AlSafwa, a better group hotel. @SAR280 it was value for money. Restaurants are a bit far but still ok. Masjid-Nabbavi gate 15C is hardly 2 minutes away that makes it an excellent location. -
6 lifts, so easy to get out for salah.
Very close to haram, 5 minutes maximum. Street parking was possbile.
