Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.

First of all the owner and his wife were great people! They were very helpfull and friendly. They gave us a telefone with credit so we could call them in case of trouble. We stayed in a very spacious and cosy room. The bed was great and we slept well. No mosquitos and perfect temperature. Shared bathrooms, but very clean. Not only the staff and the guests are very friendly and pleasent but also the condition and cleanliness of the hostel itself is commendable. And of course the location is perfect as well. Even the picky person (as my boyfreind;) was satisfied.
