Excellent location of the hotel on the Griboedova Channel embankment, short reach to the Theater square and trolley station there (a bit far from the metro), very cosy fancy-designed room and a set of necessary home appliances in the kitchenette to cook breakfast or warm up food in the MW. A washing machine and an ironing set are also available, personal fridge. Clean, quiet rooms and very comfortable bed-linen. It's located right in the center, but in a quiet street - so you can get wherever you want fast, but don't suffer from noise. Several restaurants of different price categories are located nearby + a supermarket. Perfect choice if you want to explore the city on your own. The apartment is very comfortable, has all the necessary facilities to spend several days, very clean and quiet. I liked that it had modern equipment, new and modern furniture, very thought-through interior. Even though it is located in a 15-20 minute walking distance from Nevsky, the location seemed to me very nice because of the quietness. Will definitely stay here again!. In interesting part of town near Mariinskii theater and where Dostoevsky wrote scenes for Crime and Punishment. Canal and Lion Bridge are very evocative. Stas was very friendly and helpful and facilities are fine and everything was clean and well managed. Would stay there again. This hotel is really very close to mariinsky theatre, ideal for walking. First of all, the hotel is ideal for those who're going to attend an evening show in the Mariinsky theatre as it's located just 5 minutes on foot. Stanislav himself adores his city and can inspire anyone who arrives in Spb. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was perfect place to stay - very clean, new and comfortable. It was everything we needed - good location, great cofortable bed, clean and new sheets, good and clean shower, kitchen with microwawe, coffe and fridge. Great helpful staff (Stas) who helped us with the voucher needed for visa, and also provided maps, advice and great service! Very clean and modern apartment situated in a nice area. Very clean and everything is new. The host is very kind and attentive. Refrigerator and flat screen tv in the room. Washing machine and complete kitchen available in hallway. I liked the location and the comfort/money rate. EVERYTHING!!!. Nice design. The only minus is that the apartment was quite chilly, but, I guess, it is true for most of houses in St.Petersburg. But blankets were very warm and shower provided very hot water so you could easily save yourself from cold. A bit overpriced given the relatively small size, which I found adequate, though. Nothing to complain about - maybe just that WC was in the kitchen /hall, not in the room. Room was a bit small but for us it was OK. It was a apartment floor with 1 other hotel room and 1 room where a Russian girl lives, I think. But there was no problem problem during my stay. The internet (wi-fi) is quite poor. This should be improbed by staff. A WC in 1st room is out of room.
