  - Excellent location, I grew up in Saint Petersburg myself, and I believe this is the best location there. It's close to everything, every palace, museum, every major sight. It is two steps from Nevsky on a pedestrian street across from the Kazan Cathedral, yet because it's on a pedestrian street, it's reasonably quiet. I am very sensiti... o que as pessoas dizem » ve to noise, yet I had no trouble sleeping. - The rooms are big, have all the modern amenities including safe and internet, have a nice large bath tab - Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable, quiet, with good beds and a great bathroom. The staff speaks English and is very helpful. The location at Newsky Prospect is 10+++.

  My trip to St Petersburg was quite short and unexpected, so it was extremely hard to find a good place to stay. I caught a booking in Flat and Hotel by accident (they had a cancellation). Fortunately, it happened to be an really nice, clean and comfortable place. The mini-hotel owner was so friendly and helpful, and I liked her immediately. I always prefer to book apart- hotels, which have a kit - Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.
