  The hotel is perfectly located just behind the Ermitage Museum and a short walk from the main shopping street with many restaurants to choose from. The staff was tremendously helpful in recommending things to do. We loved the breakfast which was included in our roomrate. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.
