Not sure what the negative review was about. We arrived with backpacks and had no issues. Room was great, spa bath, patio doors onto the pool terrace and a huge room. Spa bath fully working. Very clean. Breakfast good enough to get you going. One of the only hotels to cook eggs fresh to order. Ask for room 3, more like a suite at no extra cost. Great value for money. We spent just 1 night there. Very nice people in reception - everyone speak english. There was no problem with changing room with bath - no shower. Breakfast was delicious - a lot of food on table, bread, cheese salami etc. Man from reception made for us an omlet and coffe. There is nice City view from windows. Clean and big rooms.

And the room was actually much bigger than we expected or how the images illustrated. The place itself is very nice, located in a very nice place. The staff spoke on our native langugage. Great view in a rich residential area, pretty close to the centre (10' walking), very big rooms, with access to a nice patio and swimming pool (although being November it was empty of course), very friendly staff. The price was really affordable, the room was big and clean and the mattress was comfortable. Also it was very quiet at night, which is always a plus. Breakfast was OK in terms of quality and quantity. Excellent, large, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Helpful, friendly staff, speaking English, Romanian and Hungarian. Very reasonable room prices. Swimming pool (not used as it was raining). Brand new; English speaking, polite staff; very good breakfast; very large bathroom sink (room to put personal items while in use) and large enough shower stall. Friendly staff. A Placement is very good, it is the best region in Tirgu Mures. the service was great ! nice rooms and a good place to relax. Big room, with ensuite and balcony for great price!. It was very clean, the room was large. Everything. Will definitely return. The location, price, and comfort. Confort ,amabilitte, liniste . everything was perfect. Cosy. - clean and confortable; - quite big rooms; - nice balconies; - nice terrasse with pretty nice pool (however unusable); - very tranquil area, impossible to be disturbed. Not much happening in the town. Not in strict center of town 10-15minutes walk. For the same price in other Romanian big cities we could get a much bigger room with same conditions. Also we needed to request the remote control of the AC. And the stuff was pretty neutral with us. No fruits/veggies on breakfast. There was no one to receive us when we got there, even though we had given notice about our late check-in. Fortunately, the pension and the rooms were open for us. This is definitely a "pension" even though it looks like a hotel. As a result it has no restaurant, though there are several only 5 minutes walk away. Small breakfast room. Access from Reception to guest rooms entails going outside (it was raining). Up a steep hill from the centre, not a big problem for me but others may have an issue with this. Only one towell in the bathroom even though the room was for two persons. As the room was freshly renovated it smelled of paint. - the reception girl did not know the hotel procedures and she could solve the issues very slow. Breakfasts were very samely. Room very hot!. It is a bit out of town, but that's no problem if you come by car. The staff wasn't very friendly. Not in the centre. none. Breakfast to be improved, the croissant were missing. - the price may be taken too high for this hotel; - a little bit too far from the city center.
