The multi-lingual staff are polite, helpful, knowledgeable. Rooms are spacious, bright and appointed with modern furniture. The linen is spotless and fresh.   Great location, 5 minutes walk from the historic centre, and yet with the convenience of a free car park right outside the hotel entrance. Hotel very easy to spot as you drive on main E road into Sibiu. Well appointed, quiet, comfortable room, views of mountains in distance, dark blinds so weren't bothered by light. Our room was on the 10th floor, facing the front of the hotel and had an amazing view of the city and surrounding area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi everywhere and free parking too. 10 minutes walk from the old city center but very quiet.
