Staying at this hotel is a life experience. We have visited many high-class hotels all over the world and this is one we will certainly not forget. Great view, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. I felt most welcome. I was here in spring but they were under construction. Now the work is done so I was hosted in one of the new rooms. Very cozy indeed. I also like the improvements: elevator, much bigger parking, conference rooms. I enjoyed my staying and I'll come again - it feels like home

Great location and great view from the window, both the city square and Tampa Mountain. The SPA was excellent and it was included in the room price. Even there were fruits and cookies waiting for us in the room for free. Great Conference facilities.
