The hotel's location, on a quiet courtyard near a lovely pedestrian walkway with excellent shopping, good restaurants, and close proximity to the National Museum, was perfect. I am recommending this hotel to all of my friends who plan to visit Warsaw.

The personal is very friendly and there is 24/7 reception. The breakfast is rich, even with fresh scrambled eggs or sausage. The hotel is situated in nice park and although there is rush street nearby, it is hidden behind trees and the place is rather quiet. Free internet in the rooms came to my surprise as I work in hotel myself in the UK this was a bonus. Previously I stayed couple of times in Marriott Courtyard but only here in Hotel Airport I experienced far better customer service which was noticebale right from the check in. Beautifully designed, spacious apartment. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom all a traveller could want. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had an email before I arrived asking about arrival times and giving all the information I needed to get from the airport and to find the apartment - very easy. You can't complain it's not great value. Location in the old town is perfect. Loved it and would definitely return.
