All was perfect. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are good, the food excellent. Breakfast- like home :-). You can have anything you want- the choice really big. The hotel is located in 3 minutes walk from the central railway station. I took airport shuttle that stops on the station. Next day I walked to the station and got train to other city. discreet hotel hidden in a building near the railway station (main Katowice). Rooms and suites for families with children (fridge, sink). modest but tasty breakfast (home scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, etc.). Parking in the closed yard is an advantage. Reception is open until late and then gets the key to the front door. not far from St. Mary's street and restaurant area .

& comfortable & everything we could have hoped for. There was a
nice buffet assortment at breakfast & staff will cook eggs freshly
for you on request. There is a train station across the road from the
hotel but don't make the mistake we did & get off the train at
Tychy - the station you need is Tychy Grota Roweckiego!

Good food and a relaxed atmosphere - Room was very good for money - in good condition and nicely decorated (luckily we got an apartment, which was a bonus). Good view and very close to the monastery and local cafes/restaurants.
