We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room. We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel.
We were not dissapointed.
The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile.
The breakfast area was modern, clean.
The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well.
The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently.
The hotel is a little way out from the main attractions but this

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. We booked this hotel when looking for a place to stay for one night somewhere near Krakow. Firstly, I think it is worth mentioning that the photos of apartment room do not suite the reality. The rooms are clean but look very basic, not like those showed in the pictures. However, it is well located so you can reach many places of interest in Poland

The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -
