  This hotel is outstanding. It's new and located in the upscale part of Krakow. The manager and his staff were incredibly helpful. I hired one of the staff on her off-hours to translate for us when we went to visit my 82 year old mother's ancestral home. It was a very special few days at this hotel for my 82 year old parents and I. The staff juggled rooms to insure my handicapped 82 year old parents maintained their first floor room despite not having availability for the additional nite. My mother is blind and my father can barely walk. I love the staff because they made this juggling act transparent to my parents.

  good accomodation - easy to find - a plus in Poland - well signed from the main road from Krakow. Close to the salt mines! 20 mins drive from Krakow - Perfect children playground even with swimming pool. Two fireplaces for barbeque. Very friendly staff. A lot of entertainment options.
