  The hostess of the appartment was very friendly and helpfull. She picked us up from the busstation and even helped us with carrying the luggage while she told us about Zakopane and giving us advise about what to do there. The appartment was clean and cosy, exactly as shown on the photo's. The hostess prepared a babybed for our baby son as we reque... o que as pessoas dizem » sted and she also let us use the basement storage for our buggy, which made us very happy since the appartment is on the 4th floor without elevator.   Our booking was made in three consecutive parts as my wife was to have a total knee replacement at the Orthopedicum Hospital 5 minutes away. Thus I have already commented on the quality - which is excellent. This hotel is perfectly situated for those from abroad who want to take advantage of this outstanding orthopaedic hospital's facilities. We l... o que as pessoas dizem » ive in Spain and finding both the hospital AND this base was for us a miracle! - I made three consecutive bookings (double, then single, then double occupancy)covering 21 days as my wife was to have an operation in the nearby excellent Ortopedicum hospital. The hotel is perfectly situated for this (10 min walk). Thus I have made several comments on my previous two bookings. I would repeat my very favourable thoughts.
