  My 14-year old daughter and I were completely charmed by the intelligently designed Hotel Kolegiacki. The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke English very well. We booked a smaller room but when they heard we were bringing two small children, they gave us a free upgrade plus extra mattress.   I was really impressed, how friendly was the staff and with the quality of the service provided! I asked if I could have my breakfast before the normal schedule for it (7:30-10:30), because I will be leaving at 6:30 and they prepared me an amazing breakfast. I strongly recommend this place and will stay here next time we visit Poznan.
