The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him. This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it.
The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera
charger that I had left in the room. The clerks were just fantastic

Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.
