  Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. We asked if we could cancel the reservation, even though the cancellation deadline is 24h upfront. The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre of the town.
