without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not
take long to walk in to the square. It was close to both the bus, and
train stations, which had a major modern shopping precinct adjacent to

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

Fantastic location, just 300 meters from the old city gate, but in a
quiet location. Very spacious, lovely long couch and large balcony and
great kitchen. The staff were wonderful. This place has security
24/7 so very safe. Paulina in particular was fantastic when we kept

The apartment is well fitted out with all the facilities one needs (including washing machine, which was useful). The Block of apartments was quiet and secure and situated only a short walk from the centre (15 mins on foot). It is also close to the train station. The street outside is relatively busy but this did not disturb us. -

Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed staying very much. -

Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. A very calm and quiet place. The apartment was very clean. The parking lot was a great convenience and advantage of the hotel. The hotel attendant welcomed us on the alley in front of the hotel and accommodated us immediately.

Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well
stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We
