  We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room. The location was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

Its location is far better than any other hotel I saw in Krakow -- perfectly quiet, only two short blocks to the main square with easy access to the Jewish quarter. The staff was friendly and so helpful. They arranged taxis to and from our apartment and were willing to help with anything. It was in an excellent location just 3 mins from Market Square and there was a local supermarket around the corner. The staff were excellent and arranged our trips out and sorted out our airport transfers. They were also very knowledgable of the area. The apartment has everything you need, cooker, fridge, Microwave, hairdryer, Iron. The apartment was also very spacious.
