  The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes.   Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.   I stayed at the Hotel Columbus with my family (mum and sister) in a triple room which was really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean at all times with a nice strong shower and bath. There was plenty of storage space in the room for tjhe three of us. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helped with booking tours and arranged taxis to and from the airport. The rooms were clean, tasteful, and comfortable. It's on a safe main street a short walk from Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square, but there are trams if walking isn't for you. Would definetly stay again.

  Walking distance of the castle and old town and Jewish Quarter. Great Price. The reason for the price is the location (5th floor). The people in the building and neighborhood are friendly. There is plenty of room in the apartment. All tv is in Polish. Great chance to learn Polish if you want. Parking is only $11/day on the street! You must pay from - Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.
