  This is a very nice hotel for a relatively reasonable price. I arrived about 1,5 hours before the official check-in time and, to my surprise, they instantly gave me a room without any questions and it was even bigger than I ordered and payed for (double instead of single). The hotel is situated near a university campus in front of a big park. Breakfast is included in the price. - A bit strange building, looks like a dormitory, but clean and cozy air-conditioned rooms for a very low price, 20-minute walk from the old town.   Building is new so the apartment is in pristine condition. Good location, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the old town. Very clean and comfy room.   Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.
