  Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus.   the design of the building, use of brick, stone etc to retain the 'old' feel of the place whilst having all modern comforts, roof top bar, swimming pool, size of rooms - All I can say is wow!!!
