The staff were exceptionally helpful - finding bus times for us and arranging walking tours. Location is perfect between old town and te more lively Jewish quarter. Rooms a modern ad clean. Quiet and charming place.

Great location - 5 mins to the old center. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Staff is rotating - one day the receptionist is english-speaking, the next day - russian-speaking. Kitchen with coffee and tea provided by the hostel.
Excellent acoustics - the nightclub downstairs is very noisy on fridays and saturdays, as well as the other guests on the terrace and in the corridor. If you have sensible sleep - you have to be very tired to sleep there.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Twin room was massive and very quirky with chair wall art. Room was very clean. Lots of character in this hostel and nice and bright with funny signs/info. about toilet paper in the bathrooms. Location great as well.
Bit noisy - had to wear earplugs - floorboards creaked (on the other hand that added some character), plus street noise.
The best hoslel I've ever stayed. Great location, very clean and neat rooms and kitchen. Stuffs are very helpful and got excellent English. Fast WiFi. Highly recommended :)
All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpfull in pointing out locations to suit our needs. With regards to value for money, this has been as good as any other hostel I have ever stayed at and would recommend to any young backpacker to give it a try. I would stay here again.
Due to the nature of the Hostel, the main reception area has communal toilets instead of individual ones for the rooms. It's a slight annoyance, but not a major issue as the staff keep the entire area as clean as possible.
Really nice staff, girls that are working there are very friendly. The atmosphere is homey and was really comfortable for us. When we need information where to go, they always were prepared to help with advices. Really big plus is that you can rent bikes right in that hostel :)
Great location ! No need to use a public transport at all :-) very clean , quiet and really cosy place to stay:-) kitchen well fitted and whatever you need just ask lovley stuff -definitely we will be back next year ;-)

Hotel is very good situated, only about 12 minutes of walk from the main market and 15 minutes of walk to get to Wawel castle. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.
Only few tiny thinks, that I all had known before I came there: like they do not provide breakfast, or that the parking place is like 500 meters from the hotel, but most hotels in Krakow city center has the same problem with parking. And I think, that there is no elevator in the hotel, so you need to walk up the stairs.
One of the best hostels I ever was: good location, very nice and helpful staff. Everything was clean and tidy, rooms were very comfortable and there is a nice terrace.

Really well located, a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of town. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the town. Facilities are great - from the kitchen to the showers to the free WiFi. Can't recommend it highly enough

Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. Bathrooms have a nice standard and they were very clean.
I booked 4 nights with breakfast and all of a sudden management decided to remove the breakfast during my stay. At the end I got my breakfast anyway, but it was weird to get what I had actually paid for as a "kind gesture".

The staff is very friendly, polite and always ready to help you. The hostel is perfect located in a walking distance to all the main spots of Krakow. The bathrooms were always clean, such as all the common aereas. And the breakfast was simple, but fair for the price.
I stayed in the 14people room, and it was a little bit smelly, but it is acceptable when there are so many people breathing in the same place.
The staff was really nice, the girl there (Magda, I think) recommended us restaurants and bars which were exactly what we're looking for.

The room for 2 was very big, we had a lot of space. The hostel was very clean. I love the fack that there was a kitchen with an oven!! The staff was also very friendly. The location is great, it is close from the main attraction but on a road not to busy.

it was very cold in our room and in whole hostel in december. The room have smell of cigarets. So we moved to another hostel next day

Good price, staff were friendly, good location. Private bathroom was good. Facilities-wise it's good value for money, and fine for a young couple for a single night, I wouldn't stay longer.
Noise, the room was right next to reception which was open 24/7 and voices are heard very clearly. Limited privacy as the room opens on to the entrance corridor and reception.
Near to the old town.
The bar down stairs make us crazy in the midnight.
