  The location is nice, close to the center, to the port where Hurtigruten ferry docks and overllooking the sea. The two rooms we rent - very clean - were quiet, bright and sufficiently spacious. Breakfast was good and offered a wide choice of food.   I would describe the furniture in the room as functional, it is certainly better than basic it is very clean with a small balcony overlooking the chalets and camper vans below and more importantly a wonderful view of the fjord. Breakfast is a complete buffet, you can dind everything you want, and the woman at te reception is very kind and helpful. Prices are not expensive taking into account the high prices in Norway, and it's worrh paying a little more for the room with fjo

  WE loved the reception we received from Thomas - he was sincerely helpful, cheerful and friendly. We asked for an extra heater and he brought it over almost immediately. He offered information and helpful suggestions eg when we asked about fishing and was available at all times.
