  My boyfriend and I stayed at Løkken Fjellgård during a week long road trip through the Norwegian countryside. We wanted to stay at different types of places and Løkken Fjellgård was certainly one of the most interesting. We stayed in a grass roofed cottage, which was on a compound with a few other cabins, as well as a working farm. Mehran and his wife were very friendly and gave us a tour - The cabin itself is a piece of history. The couple who own the farm are super kind and very helpful. If you want to play with some very cute huskies, stay in their farm!

  I stayed early Jan 2009. The food was excellent. The staff were superb. The room was sufficient. Apart from the bedroom, it had a lovely traditional feel to the place. It was convenient for the free ski bus and the Expressbussen to Oslo airport. It was a better location for non-beginner ski slopes than Fagerasen area.
