Very good staff at reception - we had to go to Budget hotel, person on duty was very positive and very professional. It was hard to find the hotel and it was not easy to find, where I need to pay and get the keys. Besides that it was not full information about parking. It was mentioned, that free public parking is available near hotel, but was not mentionede, that it is free only from 18.00 till 8.00. It was rather hard to get a place in evening to park the car.todos opiniões »
It would be useful to know what facilities are in the room. There were cooking hot plates but nothing to cook anything in, therefore we couldnt use them like we would have liked. Terrible location with windows to a major road. There was no free parking. Absolutely not worth its price.Had to walk 1 Km over busy dual carraigeway to collect room key and bed linen from another hotel. Then had to walk all the way back to collect another set of bed linen after finding out I had been given linen for a single bed instead of a double bed. Then had to make the beds. I will be sending the hotel a bill for wasting 1 hour of my time.
