Very friendly staff, we received a complimentary upgrade which was a nice bonus. Lots of advice of things to do and see in the area. The breakfast was wonderfull. The restaurant of the hotel is exquisite. The owner's way of handling the situation was respectably gracious. We were only there for one night, wish it had been longer ;-). Everything was fine.
