- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! For value for money this would be the best hotel i have stayed anywhere in the world , staff are extra helpful , rooms very clean and functional , great bar and facilities - Everything, including the free Shuttle Bus to the airport and free Internet access. The Hotel is very good and I will stay there again!
