Big, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. The equipped kitchen was a plus. We didn't meet anyone of the stuff but our communication via email was excellent. They gave us info about the entrance code, nearby supermarkets and bus schedules and they left the money for the prepaid parking space wich we didn't use in the room before we arrived. -

Maastricht is a very historical city. The bed and bike nicely appointed. Would have liked a breakfast option rather than bike so made this place a bit higher in cost. Also Euro6/day parking. We have stayed in over 20 B&B's this trip - overall 8.5/10 -

Wow!!! It's a REAL river ship!
One of the greatest accommodation experience ever!
So authentic. Owners are extremely polite and friendly.
Good breakfast.
Cabins are small, but clean.
Great views from cabin window over the river. Bed are very narrow and tiny, but how cares, it's a boat. Defenetly will stay again and would recommend to everybody.

I was pleasantly surprised by Botel Maastricht. The river location was charming! I arrived very late and left early morning but everyone was helpful. I was able to be in a room by myself. The place was quiet. It had a more hotel feel for the price of a hostel. Everything was clean and I felt very safe as a young woman traveling alone.

Staff very helpful and polite. We were upgraded at no extra cost. Location excellent for Railway Station and a short walk to city centreI . We recommend this Hotel as room was comfortable and quiet. - Excellent location close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the city center.
