  I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. From the staff to the cleanliness, to the room....it was all excellent. Linda helped us one morning and made phonecalls on our behalf to help us find specific shops in town. I loved the room. I am very particular about lighting....and this room rocked as far as I was concerned. The shower was beauti... o que as pessoas dizem » ful. You have a mini tea and coffee maker in your room. It was very quiet. The ambiance in the restaurant area in the morning is very nice. Very c - 3 night stay - Hotel located very close to Metro line - station can be seen from the hotel - so if you are travelling by car, just leave it at the hotel and travel by public transport to the city center. Parking is free from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 9 a.m. After that it is Euro 1.50 for an hour or Euro 9.00 I believe for the day.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the recept... o que as pessoas dizem » ionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.
