  Indeed my family truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff have been wonderful during our stay there. I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival. Going on an evening stroll amongst some of the most beautiful canals ever created, you'll find yourself amid some of the most intriguing sites Amsterdam has to offer (Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square...). At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist. The staff at the reception area were extremely professional / informative

  Pleasant service. Good price and quality ratio. Close to the tram stop. About 10 min to go to the central station. It was very interesting to live in house, wich stands on the water. - We loved the place, the staff was very flexible and kind. The price is very reasonable, I would definitly return!!

There is a well organized kitchen with coffee machine. And the owner of the hotel, Mark, is one of the most friendly owners I have ever met.   It was a big risk to book a two stars hotel but I took it based on the high customer review. I was right. Location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, very clean, breakfast was ok, and staff are very friendly. We booked the family suite and it was two super large rooms and a very spacious and modern bathroom. The room furniture ... o que as pessoas dizem » was good. We wanted to stay in an old style hotel and this was a perfect one for us. Some reviews complained from the narrow and steep stairs. We st - The staff were really nice and helpful. When we checked in, the desk agent, named Naddy (sp?) was great. He made sure room was going to accommodate the four of us and all our luggage, and although he warned us of the huge climb to the top floor, we would most likely be happiest there. I imagine he was right. Although it was an attic-like room, it was suitable. Location of apartment is probably the best feature...also nice to have the breakfast food in the mornings.

  Really nice modern hotel in Western part of the city. Everything is new, nice and clean. Definitely best choice for young people and group of friends. Perfect for quality/price. Staff was really welcome and helping every time. Cheap and nice, though not rich, breakfast. There is a bar in the hotel that provides different drinks/snacks and they accept credit - We stayed only one night before an onward journey. It was incredibly easy to find and right next door to the train Station which is only one stop from the city centre. It was very clean and we stayed in a room with two bunk beds and two twin beds which was very well thought out with the furniture and lighting and excellent for our 3 children. We had a great night's sleep, there was no noise whatsoever. The breakfast cost around 5 euro and was an eat all you can buffet style which was brilliant
