It is a 2-story apartment with modern kitchen facilities, a separate lounge and a terrace. Set in a monumental canal house, the characteristic features of the apartment are well kept. It has a large lounge area with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.One bedroom has a private bathtub, the other has an en-suite walk-in shower. Guests can make use of the luxurious kitchen with an gas stove, microwave/oven and a Nespresso machine. There is a large dining table as well and all the necessary kitchenware and cutlery come provided. The Frederiksplein tram stop is around the block and offers connections to Leidse Square and the Rijksmuseum.
