  We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed with nice laces around. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. A beautiful place .. our little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  Beautiful designed riad. Just stunning and in great location. Staff all female which makes a lovely change. However, you do need a little tiny bit of French or bring your dictionary. I think this is why they do not seem to be so helpful as other riads because it's difficult to converse when you don't speak each other's language. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

  Clean, nice bungalow room. We where taken good care of by the staff. We ordered a tastefull dinner for a reasonable price. Breakfast was one of the bests we had on our whole trip, with warm fresh bread and pancakes.

  The Riad Eloise was excellent! Alain was very helpful, giving us tea and cakes upon arrival and showing us where to go/how to get there. It was a nice haven to unwind at after the hectic times getting lost in the medina. Everything about the decor was tastefully done, I wish I could import all their beautiful things back to Melbourne! The view from the upper terrace is spectacular and it is very close to the souk and Djeema El Fna. There is a jacuzzi and many possibilities of enjoying the sun on sun beds etc. Very nice stay.
