  This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes. Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality. He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco. We didn t used the swimming pool because it was a bit too cold... o que as pessoas dizem » for us, but next month the pool will be heated. This makes the place one of the best for staying inside the medina from Marrakech. - Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.

  Absolutely loved everything; staff very friendly (from cleaners to concierge), rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, everything in the hotel top class; spa and gym and rooftop and perfect location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll into. Mehdi, the chief concierge will make sure you will have the best stay, planning everything you want to do and suggesting good experiences.   The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you. We do recommand highly this

  Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. Good breakfast, large room and ideally placed for exploring Marrakech (see guide below). Would certainly recommend Les Idrissides. There are a selection of varying hotel standards to fit your choice but, more importantly, it is centrally connect - The family rooms are fantastic. You could lose yourself in the suite. The rooms were really spaceous, great faccilities, hotel really gets everyone involved with alot of events taking place, pools were great, easy to exchange money. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great.
