Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We loved the decor and amenities of the hotel and it was only a 5 min taxi drive to the centre of the hustle and bustle.

The only think we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't stay longer!

Pool staff requires serious training on how to be more attentive with guest especially in a 5 star property. Also around the pool some quite nasty cracks and holes which could be quite dangerous.

Amazing location. Very nice and spacios suites and rooms. Very nice Garden Very nice pool

ZERO (0) Service. probably the wort 5 star hotel I ever stayed when it comes to Service. If you don't care about getting proper service in the restaurants at and the pool and you don't mind getting your drinks yourself and waiting for quite some time for food and breakfast all the time this place is still great.

staff is very nice

pool bar service very slow and unefficient no longchair was available at the pool!!! check out service unefficient - attended several phone calls and let me wait at the counter you have to cross the lobby to reach the spa
