  The staff at this riad were lovely. They were attentive yet gave enough space to relax but were available whenever needed and very friendly and warm. The roof terrace is great, it gets the sun until its close to setting and has a choice of sitting areas, including a bed! The location is easy to get to from the train station or airport as its near ... o que as pessoas dizem » the west gate of the medina with direct access to main roads. However it's quite a walk from the main square, 20 mins fast pace. This was fine for us - Our staying at the Riad Nejma lounge was perfect. The people who works there were always nice with us and helped in everything that we needed with a big smile. Our room was beautiful, with an maroc atmosphere and it was really confortable and always perfectly cleaned. The breakfast was also delicious and the place that we ate it was nice. El Riad is a perfect place to rest from thw wonderfull chaos that is marraquexe.

The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, would definitely recommend this riad to anyone. The staff were so kind and helpful. Everything was good quality and there was a peaceful tranquility that was like an oasis of calm in the midst of the busy streets. Breakfast was lovely and definitely worth it.   Beautiful place, brilliant location with a view of the koutoubia mosque, also we loved the rooftop terrace with big loungers, it is perfect for relaxing and looking up at the stars! Also the staff were very hospitable and welcoming, facilities of a traditional hammam are excellent. - Moustafa and the entire staff. Fantastic 6 nights!!!

  An amazing place and experience. The Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, eager to assist whenever possible; especially Yousef. we felt home. we were offered mint tea the whole day. A super- clean luxuary establishment in every regard. The food was great, and the atmosphere fantastic. A nice roof top.... Absolutely magical!   Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). All in all nice place, well decorated with good staff - Good value for money! - The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend Riad Vendome

  Beautiful designed riad. Just stunning and in great location. Staff all female which makes a lovely change. However, you do need a little tiny bit of French or bring your dictionary. I think this is why they do not seem to be so helpful as other riads because it's difficult to converse when you don't speak each other's language. There is also great music which always seems to reflect the right moo - This place is exactly what you need in this chaotic city. It is cool, peaceful and a beautiful place to relax. The courtyard has lovely orange and lime trees and the whole building is decorated in colourful tiles and carved wood. My daughter and I found the staff so helpful, even getting up at 4.45 am to give us an early morning call before our balloon trip. My daughter got a henna tattoo in the market that she was very disappointed with so the staff organised for her to get another as a gift f
