Christelle and Abes are fantastic- they really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay in Marrakech. We had them arrange the airport transfer, arranged a great day-trip through the riad, ate dinner there the night of our stay- (which was the best meal out of our trip, fantastic food) and Christelle arranged reservations at a great restaurant for us. Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

This is now my third time in Marrakech and I can say that my stay At El kennaria was brilliant!!!. The Riad is spacious, clean and really well located about 2mns from the main square. The staff is very helpful and really nice to be with. The terrace is the bigger one I have seen (so far) with excellent music to chill out at anytime of the day and

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!
