  Location in the middle of Medina, and not far away from the New City. The host of Riad Heva provided excellent service due to the fact that he did not speak english. He had all the answers to our questions and made sure that we got all we asked for. would really recommend you to experience Riad Heva to get the most out of your stay in Morocco.

  This nice little hotel had a great Moroccan feel to it. It was simple but nicely decorated, with pretty decent wi-fi, and a very wonderful staff. They welcome you with delicious green tea and the outdoor area upstairs is a nice place to relax at night. We had to be up before breakfast for a flight so they out breakfast in our room the night before... o que as pessoas dizem » . It was perfect. Only stayed here one night, but it was the perfect last day to our trip in Morocco! The hotel is right in the middle of the medina s - The owner of the Riad was so nice and helpful, she made perfect tea and gave us map on the fist day and she woke up at 6 to make the breakfast for us, although they serve them from 8.30 am. For the first time is good stay and good value for money. The first day everyone is lost in small streets of the Medina, but 2 and next days we found our way to the main Market and back to the Riad with no problems, it takes around 20 minutes get to the Market. The bus station is 5 and Majorelle Jardin -1

  Excellent value to price. We payed our room 25€ with the city tax and got a clean and cute room on the 1st floor. The bed was large and comfortable, breakfast was filling and very good with fresh orange juice, pastries, tea, bread, etc. We appreciated the mint tea when we arrived on the evening. The riad is located in a small street of the medina... o que as pessoas dizem » , which can look dangerous without being so in reality. The location is good if you want to walk until the Majorelle gardens while staying close to Dj - The staff is amazing especially the owner. He made sure that we get our luggage after the airline lost our luggage. He didn't stop helping us...even going to the airport with us every single time. In addition, he called every airline and support to get our luggage back. We can't thank him enough! Our stay is amazing as it is near djeema el fna and other tourist attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended

  I am happy to join the ever growing band of glowing reviews for Riad Alwachma, given that my decision to stay there recently was based on its excellent reviews. This is definitely a place where you get value for money. Our conclusion is that Riad Alwachma probably offers one of the best value for money in Marrakech and it has become our home whenever we visit the city. The riad offers the traditional Moroccan architecture and deco which visitors typically want to experience in Marrakech. The rooms are large enough, clean and comfortable.   The hotel is centrally located so the Old City and the new city are both just walking distance. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. We had no issues. Highly recomended. - Location is great for Clubs and Casino. You can walk to the main square in 10 min. Taxi cabs are everywhere. Very nice to stay outside of the Medina.
