Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful and dinners are top- quality. Essaouira was our favorite city, although a bit more touristy than other Moroccan cities, the beach has great watersports and lots of activities and great restaurants.   I loved this place. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the riad is absolutely gorgeous. We booked the Warda room, which means rose in Arabic, and there were roses and rose petals everywhere inside, which was a nice touch. We couldn't not make use of the huge bathtub and took a relaxing hot bath late at night that put us right to sleep.   The roof terrace had an amazing view & a nice chill out area in the shade. The room was nice, simple & clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace was fantastic, with the odd seagull landing on the window nagging for food.

It was peaceful, comfortable and perfect for four days in Essaouira. The hotel staff were very helpful at all times. It's an approximate 4 minutes walk to the market area. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The room we stayed in was big and lovely. My wife wants to go back, I'm sure we will one day!

  The location was good and it was very easy to find the hotel. The staff was very friendly - they gave us very accurate information about the town (shopping, restaurants, sightseeing). We also liked the breakfast on the nice roof terrace. And the wifi network was much better then in our 5-star hotel in Marrakech!!   We had to cancel our first night due to illness, but everybody at Dar Ness was most helpful. All staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. It was nice that both James and Elizabeth, the owners, were on hand to chat and provide advice about the area.   Dar Liouba was excellent in every way. The room was warm and comfortable and the location was perfect. The highlight was the time spent at the dining table. Weather permitting this is a perfect place - A beautiful Riad located in the heart of the Medina, with very warm welcoming staff who pay great attention to detail and convenience of guests, makes this an ideal place to explore the lovely city. All the staff- particularly Fatima and Yussef are a real asset to this hotel. Their help made our stay very enjoyable with useful advice and suggestions throughout.
