  Wow is the best word to describe this haven for peace. It's in the middle of the mountains and at first I wasn't keen on the fact that we would be eating in the same place or would have to walk into the village. The food however is seriously good with lots of choice ( 3 choices for starter main and dessert at lunch and dinner) and nothing is repea... o que as pessoas dizem » ted and locally sourced and organic. Wine is also very good with a small but good selection. Amanda and her team of locally employed staff from the vi - Kasbah Bab Ourika was a lovely escape from the frenetic world of airports and taxis. Amanda worked hard to give every one a relaxing time and we were able to balance excursion time and chill time. We visited Seti Fatma falls and there were many other things we could have done. Camel riding was tempting and donkeys and camels left from just outside. The panoramic view was spell binding and the vegetable garden was just an inspiration for the aspiring gardener.   We booked 3 nights in order to escape the heat ans stress of Marrakech. We were looking for a quiet place in the Ourika Valley closed to the mountains and waterfalls. Au de l'Eau is the perfect place to stay, Poulou,Martine and Anas make you feel right away as if you were at Home. The rooms, well furnished and perfectly clean, the garden with the ... o que as pessoas dizem » place to rest directly at the river, the view on the mountains, everything was perfect. And don't miss Poulou's cooking, this was the highlight every - The hospitality of both Poulou & Martine and the excellent meals Poulou cooked for us. As the nights were cool we were made to feel very welcome in their home complete with a lovely log fire which made it very homely. We visited the cascades with a local guide (Braheem) that Poulou arranged for us who was very helpful and caring. In all a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.
