There is a guy in the reception that's helping in anything you need and with a big smile! We booked a room with jacuzzi and the room was beautiful and cleaned. No noises from the street,quite hotel,very friendly. - Location (near the metro) - Friendly staff. They let you use the jacuzzi just one time in a day,and when you want to use it you have to tell them so they can open it up which is not fair because we paid for a room with jacuzzi. One more thing,I don't know about other rooms but in our room there was just a tiny window.
