I liked everything!! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff, the owners and the owners friends were just great. It wasn't like a hotel stay, I felt like being a guest in a friends home.
It's perfect for couples, very romantic, and you just can't beat the views.
Thank you all for making my stay such a wonderful experience.
The staff and owner were just lovely-the rooms and grounds beautiful.
It's great to stay at such a quiet place in GTO--some places in the
centro can be very noisy. The food was delicious, too. The best
"pan dulce" I've ever had in Mexico, too! We very much
enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.todos opiniões »
1. The graciousness of all of the staff and their efforts to make us feel that we were their "guests" rather than only paying customers.
2. The elegant simplicity, without pretension, of the design and furnishings of the facilities.
It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
I liked everything about Casa Estella de la Valencia.
It was hard to find, we drove there and it took us a while.
