Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.

Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

its cleanliness,proximity to shopping and transport. Staff are friendly and courteous, breakfast and coffee-house environment are soothing and relax. - Decorate in my room and service from hotel staff is very good. I recommend that late check out should be until 2.00 PM. if your room is available.

I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER…..I can’t say enough about the Damas Suites. From the moment I arrived (a bit grumpy if I’m honest) the manager, Richard, leapt from reception with a huge smile to carry my bags in himself. It was like arriving home! Me and my friend stay at the deluxe studio suite. It was a huge room. There was the dining area, a decent kitchenette, and like a divided bedroom area separated with a sliding glass door. Apart From that comes along a spacious balcony event. Ours was facing the Hartamas shopping center.
The hotel has a direct link to the Hartamas shopping centre it was real easy for us doing groceries.
Our purpose staying at this hotel was to be out of they city area and it's nearer to the places that we wanted

A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the
city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms
and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good
but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

-The location is amazing if you prefer walking around rather than using cabs or buses, as it is a 10 minute walk from the Petronas towers.
-The prices are out of this world cheap, which no one can object to, especially given the great condition the hotel is in.
