This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. The staff were very friendly and courteous I emailed to organise car
transfers to and from the airport and then car transfer to business
meetings duing the week. They were very quick to respond and all
transfers went smoothly. -

Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food.
One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya.

The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals. They have complete kitchen-wares and utensils. It has also a strong wi-fi connections.
Personnel were very accommodating.
