  When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings.   First when I been told the service apartment cost only RM180 (2 Rooms) per night, Me and my friends were like "Is it haunted?" But however due to our traveling budget, we still choose F&K residences as apparently it's indeed the cheapest in price yet provide free airport transfer.   Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Best hotel for Muslims with family. You can hear Adhan(prayer calling) from nearby Masjid. (Mosque). Prayer mat was provided in room.
